It does not replace clinical judgement, physical examination, or the assessment of a patient specific circumstances. All treatment and prescribing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician.
CareScript is intended for use exclusively by qualified healthcare professionals in their professional capacity. It is not intended for use by patients, caregivers, or the general public. By creating an account you confirm you are a qualified healthcare professional.
Content is derived from WHO, IDSA, ESCMID, NICE, ICMR, national Ministry of Health guidelines, and other named sources. CareScript uses AI assistance and provides source information where available. Users must independently verify clinical content and cited material before relying on it. AWaRe classification is provided in CareScript Pro for antibiotics supported by the source described in section 6. CareScript does not account for individual patient history, comorbidities, drug allergies, or local formulary availability unless explicitly provided.

In no event shall CareScript be liable for any damages arising from reliance on platform content, including adverse patient outcomes or treatment decisions. The clinician professional judgement is and remains the determinative factor in any clinical decision.
CareScript does not store patient data. Queries should not include personally identifiable patient information. User account data is stored securely and used solely to personalise clinical content.
AWaRe classifications shown in CareScript Pro are taken from UK-AWaRe 2024 (UKHSA), published on GOV.UK and licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This does not constitute UKHSA or World Health Organization endorsement of the platform.
CareScript is a clinical reference and decision support tool. It is not classified or approved as a medical device in any jurisdiction.
